Greater Boston Women’s Impact Network (GBWIN) was created from a simple realization: growth happens faster when we have people in our corner.
After years of helping organizations secure grants and build strategic partnerships, founder Melissa J. Pond saw a common thread. While strong strategy and storytelling are essential, success often hinges on something deeper: a network of people who show up for you.
GBWIN was born from that understanding. Melissa discovered that not only did she need an intentionally curated network to grow her own business, but her clients needed one too. Successful initiatives have people willing to rally, whether that means showing up for a Dine for a Cause night, voting online to help them win a grant, or coming together for something extraordinary—like our unforgettable Fenway Park Networking event that supported One Wish Project.
Our mission:
To cultivate a community where women in business and leadership can connect authentically, celebrate one another’s wins, and combine their networks and talents to make a lasting impact.
