The founder of MBN, Ashley Mason, is a passionate entrepreneur and connector. As the founder of the Middleboro-based marketing agency Dash of Social, Ashley started her business as a college student and took it full-time upon graduating. Through her success, she realized that her knack for marketing and her ability to connect with others were key factors in her success. She enjoys finding ways to introduce one person to another and loves having those "I need to connect you to so-and-so!" moments. Determined to help other business owners achieve similar results, she founded Massachusetts Business Network, creating the perfect recipe for expanding businesses in the state. It should come as no surprise that Ashley is one of the Cape & Plymouth Business 40 under 40 alumni! 

I initially connected with Ashley when one of my clients needed more time dedicated to social media. After the start of our project, we met for coffee, and I learned more about her passions and ways we could collaborate more frequently. Ashley offered me a spot in the directory on MBN when she launched it, a quote in her International Women's Day blog, and a guest blog spot about grant writing for Massachusetts nonprofits. I am so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Ashley.

Collaborating with Ashley and MBN continues to be an excellent opportunity for my business. I was grateful for the opportunity to serve as event photographer for MBN's launch event on 5/4/23, and in turn, for the month of May, I will have 30-second ads for my company on her podcast! It was great to see so many friendly, smiling faces at the event! Collaborating with Ashley has allowed us to help each other grow and flourish in business. Working with MBN has allowed me to expand my audience and continue to establish thought leadership throughout the state.
